Description:
For MQTT and AMQP channels, add QM name and channel MCAUSER attribute to be passed to JAAS modules.
Use case:
Allow the same/similar functionality as svrconn, receiver, requester, etc.. channels. Whether implementing a security exit or JAAS module, the same information should be available.
Business justification:
Consistency in how a security exit or JAAS module is implemented.
